Stagiaire postdoctoral au Département des sciences géomatiques et des sciences de la réadaptation, Université Laval
Sara has a background in Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering. She is passionate about applying her expertise in AI to build more intelligent and inclusive cities. Her strong interest in health has also led her to focus on using artificial intelligence to support individuals with disabilities. In her research, she focuses on winter mobility challenges faced by people with disabilities. She leverages AI to identify and analyze winter-specific barriers, with the goal of adapting mobility assistive technologies to their needs—ultimately facilitating safer navigation and promoting social participation.
