Doctoral Candidate in Design and Social innovation, Université Laval
Andrée-Anne Blacutt is active in research and design about urban mobility and people with disabilities. Her transdisciplinary research-creation posture allows her to advance on a fine line between art and science for the design of inclusive urban environments. Sensory perception processes are at the center of her research and creative work.
She completed a master's degree in visual and sound arts on narrative motifs. Then, she obtained a higher education diploma in teaching. Since 2001, Andrée-Anne has presented projects that multiply the ways of contextualizing the human being differently according to space and time. Theater, painting, design, television and music are among her creative fields. She is currently working, as part of a PhD, on a project aimed at improving the quality of people's mobility as a value to promote a model of interaction between art and science.
